Perched above Hout Bay Valley in Cape Town, Dreamhouse Guest House is all yours during our retreats – a peaceful, private space where you can fully relax and connect.

We will all be living in one house that  provides 4 bedrooms, a bright open kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a living room with stunning mountain views – perfect for yoga, hanging out, or simply soaking in the scenery. With 4 stylish rooms, plenty of comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s the perfect home designed for your ease and tranquility during our retreat.

Hi, I’m Ina — 34 years old and endlessly curious about this wild, beautiful life and the ways we can understand ourselves a little more deeply.

I’ve been living in Cape Town for the past three years, a place that has shaped me deeply and continues to inspire my work every day.

I’ve been working independently as a coach since 2020, supporting people in strengthening their relationship with themselves and others, with a particular focus on co-dependency. My approach is shaped by my training in systemic coaching, NLP, and Human Design — and just as much by my own life, my story, and everything I’ve learned along the way.

I love sharing my world with others, and I absolutely love community. I believe that’s what we’re all here for: to walk this journey of life together. Each of us carries our own challenges, and I’m genuinely excited to meet you and hear your story.

Hi, I’m Leni — a Body Image & Somatic Healing Guide.

For years, I lived in patterns of control, perfectionism, and disconnect, believing that holding everything together would finally make me feel safe. It wasn’t until I turned toward my body that I slowly reconnected with myself and with the simple joy of being alive, rebuilding a relationship that feels steady and honest.

In 2023, I became a somatic coach and developed a framework that helps women soften old survival patterns, release body control, and feel at home in themselves again. My approach blends somatic practices with lived experience, meeting women where their bodies are, not where they think they “should” be.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and the version of yourself that’s ready to breathe. I can’t wait to meet you and witness your story unfolding.

What’s the intention of the retreat?

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself — to soften into your body, deepen emotional awareness, and experience life through presence rather than pressure. It’s about returning to your truth and finding connection — with yourself, your body, and others.

Which topics and methods will be covered

The retreat will include embodiment practices, guided coaching sessions, mindfulness and meditation exercises, yoga, breath work and activities to enhance self-connection and emotional awareness.

Do I need any prior experience (e.g., in meditation, coaching, yoga)?

No prior experience is required. The retreat is designed for both beginners and those with some experience in meditation, coaching, or embodiment practices.

I’m not sure how much I want to open up in a group setting. Will I be expected to share my emotions?

No, sharing is always voluntary. You are encouraged to participate at your comfort level, and the retreat provides a safe, supportive environment for personal exploration.

How many people will join?

The retreat is limited to 8 participants to ensure intimacy and personalized attention.

Do I get my own room?

Rooms will be single or shared depending on your choice at booking. Exact room arrangements can be confirmed during registration.
However, there are four double rooms with two single beds available.
A double room occupied by a single person is priced at:

What’s included in the price?

Accommodation, all meals ( vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs are happily accommodated. Please let us know in your reservation from), retreat sessions, materials and excursions are included.

A first payment of 50% is required to reserve your spot.

Optional massages are available at an extra cost.

Transport from the airport to the villa is NOT included. But can be arranged upon request.

Where is the retreat held?

In a private villa in Hout Bay, Cape Town — surrounded by ocean views, lush gardens, and a pool. The entire property will be exclusively ours for the retreat.

How do I get there?

Fly into Cape Town International Airport. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

(Note: European citizens receive a 3-month visa upon arrival — Border control may occasionally ask to see a valid return flight ticket. We kindly recommend having it ready upon your arrival.)

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation,

The retreat is led by Lena and Ina, experienced coaches guiding women through emotional and somatic transformation.
